What is Quora?

Quora is a question-and-answer (Q&A) website where users can ask questions, provide answers, and engage in discussions on a wide range of topics. It was founded in 2009 by former Facebook employees Adam D'Angelo and Charlie Cheever.

How Quora Works:

  • Users Ask Questions: Anyone can post a question about any topic.
  • Users Answer Questions: Experts, professionals, and regular users share their knowledge by answering questions.
  • Upvotes & Downvotes: Answers can be upvoted or downvoted based on their quality and usefulness.
  • Personalized Feed: Users see content based on their interests and past activity.
  • Spaces & Topics: Users can follow topics or join spaces (communities) focused on specific subjects.

Quora also allows users to interact by commenting on answers, sharing posts, and following specific contributors. It has become a popular platform for knowledge sharing and discussions on various subjects.
